Life with dogs teaches us that once a moment has passed, you can’t take it back – and the same goes for digital creations. Every reading and guide here at Mutt Mystic is made just for you, crafted with care and delivered in a format that can’t be “returned” once it’s in your hands (or your inbox).

What this means:

All sales on digital products are final. Once a file is sent or downloaded, refunds aren’t available.

The exceptions:

If something goes sideways – like a duplicate order, a missing file, or a technical hiccup that keeps you from receiving your product – please reach out. I’ll make it right, whether that means resending your file, fixing the issue, or processing a refund in rare cases where it’s truly needed. Occasionally, I may also offer partial refunds as part of special promotions. These are optional, time-limited offers and will always be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Sometimes questions come up after a reading lands. If something feels unclear, you’re always welcome to email me within 7 days of delivery. I can’t rewrite a full reading, but I’ll gladly point you toward clarity so you get the most out of your purchase.
